I don't know why they closed, I miss going to this place, good equipment to work out, Sauna and Jacuzzi was the best. Hopefully they consider to please open again.

Feels so good to be back in the gym! I used to be here at least 5 times a week, challenging myself with various classes. Now that the gym is reopened, I am treating myself to private training sessions and I couldn't be happier! With the new protocols in place, I honestly feel this place is "cleaner" than my grocery store. You can see the measures they've taken to open safely. There are a few classes being offered. Yes, you need to wear a mask, but it isn't inconvenient at all. Especially when it comes to your health-physical and mental!

I'm so frustrated with trying to cancel my membership. I have contacted them thru email and have called them many times. No one answers and their voice mail box is full. I keep getting charged to my account. Ugh I'm so frustrated. Im wondering now if they will be able to give me refund of the money they are charging me when I have let them know I want to cancel my membership weeks ago.

Let me just say that this gym is okay. What I like the most is almost always empty so I can do what I need fast and get out. However, this review is solely based on fact that there is absolutely no communication regarding closure due to COVID-19. No email, no phone call. They just charged for the whole month and after numerous attempts to reach someone to freeze my membership so that they dont charge until gym reopens. still no response. I will try to dispute the charges when I see them on my credit card but seriously, this is how you treat you loyal customers? I've been a member since 2004!

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been trying to cancel membership for almost 2 years. They keep telling me I'm cancelled but continue to charge month after month even with a cancellation email. They say to dispute the charges, but that would lead to a closure of my acct. They know what a head ache it is to close acct's and that's why they don't care. The price has escalated from $45 to $68 with an annual fee of $35 with out any notification. Besides that the gym is filthy and has very poor ventilation. So musty you can hardly breathe. They are not good about cleaning machines at all. very bad customer service as well. Stay away from this head ache of a place!!!!

This gym is severely miss-managed. I was a member when it was at the old location and wanted to give it another chance. I arrived for the 7:45am class and was told that the website was out of date and there was no Pilates class at that time. In fact, there were no classes until 8:30am, if I wanted to hang around it come back (no thanks). The gym was empty and I can see why. There are no classes for women who work and need to come in early, which is a shame.

The worst place on earth , I’m talking about the Topanga mall location. I went there for a while, I wanted to cancel my membership so I called them.. the lady on the phone said that I don’t need to come and sign papers because this is the last payment for my membership of one year.. but you want to guess what happened? A year later I discovered that I’m still paying! I went there and talked to the manager and she said that she is sorry but she can do nothing! She can give me 3 months for free if I will stay a member. like I’m going back there. Ugh.

Please be careful before signing up. The take money out of credit card for no reason. There is no one responsible for any charges and no one will give you straight answer. They just keep passing you around to other employees. There are a total fraud. Stay away

I went there for a while, I wanted to cancel my membership so I called them.. the lady on the phone said that I don’t need to come and sign papers because this is the last payment for my membership of one year.. but you want to guess what happened? A year later I discovered that I’m still paying! I went there and talked to the manager and she said that she is sorry but she can do nothing! Beware ppl this place is awful she can give me 3 months of free membership.. like I’m going back there. Ugh The location is Topanga mall
