Both owners have their degree in kinesiology, and truly understand the body. I have had a few situations where I had injuries. Instead of saying you can't do a specific exercise, they showed me a work around to help me move past the injury.
I'm also a veteran, and this gym is affiliated with Heroes Movement, which is a non-profit that pays for veterans membership.
I'm a travel nurse from Chicago. I have been to a lot of gyms across the country, but this has been my favorite gym. So thankful I found this gem and signed up here, rather than a dirty 24 Hour fitness. The environment is extremely friendly and the coaches are incredbly helpful and knowledgable.
