I have only good things to say about Service Master and the job they have done to remediate our home after the Altadena fires. We feel very fortunate to have a home that is still standing and safe. We also feel so glad to have found Jessica and her crew after early frustrations with other companies. The whole crew were caring and careful, patient and thorough. Every wall, every book, every everything is clean of soot and ash and smoke. Our home is spotless and we feel hopeful again after this harrowing experience. Thank you Jessica and Edgar and Diana and all the other folks whose names I do not know--we appreciate your care and help!
ServiceMaster did an excellent job responding to a leak that flooded the downstairs dinning, bar, and laundry room areas. Their team cleaned up all the water and dried out the walls and ceiling. They also opened up the ceiling and walls to dry and prepare the areas for repair. Both Edward and Egar were extremely professional and kept us aware of everything that was going to take place, daily. I highly recommend SericeMaster for their work and communication during a very difficult time.
We had an issue with a refrigerator water leak that resulted in significant damage to our flooring, walls and kitchen cabinets. ServiceMaster responded the day after we contacted our insurance company. Oscar was the lead technician and did a fantastic job of explaining to us what their plan was to dry the impacted walls and flooring. Their crew had to come out multiple times for follow up work. They contacted us each day to let us know what time they would be arriving. All in all, a very positive experience with ServiceMaster.
