Reliable Rain Gutters of Chatsworth located on Topanga Canyon just installed beautiful Rain Gutters at my home . Dealt with the owner Amir who was great to work with with Quality Materials and Great Workmanship Would highly recommended again and again ! Very satisfied customer ! Five Stars !

I wish I could write a review without posting a star. I would give this company zero stars for the last experience we had with them. We hired them in 2022 when our gutter fell off ( result of a bout of heavy rain ), my goodness, the guy who came out ( I wish I could recall his name ) was super! No nonsense, clean, efficient and definitely lived up to the company’s namesake “reliable.” I’ll leave it at that .. we, of course, called them again a couple of weeks ago for a full gutter cleaning after getting our roof replaced because we had such a great experience with them!! This time .. The WORST!! The guy that provided our service used a blower on our roof which blew debris, nails, shingles, granules everywhere .. on our outdoor furniture, in the landscaping, on our door thresholds, then he used our hose and attempted to clean up the mess, making it worse! .. it was a nightmare. We were not home because they insisted on doing the work on their time and since we had used them in the past without any issues, we agreed. If my husband was home, he would have stopped the employee immediately. We reached out to Amir, the owner, and he was dismissive, rude and wanted to send the same guy out to redo because “ he is a good guy” and a “ certain amount of granules is expected.” I get that, but this was not reasonable. We have thick layers of roof granules on our tables, couches, concrete .. in our pool!! We have piles of nails remaining in our gutters. We have stepped on nails. We changed our pool filter due to the excessive debris in our pool. And before Amir defends his company by stating “the customer is responsible for moving items to give the worker space” .. the worker is responsible for NOT doing the job if the customer has stuff in his way which he may damage! Common sense! Stay away from this company! Bad job! No accountability for their bad job! Terrible!! We paid extra for the clean up afterwards!! Horrible company ethics!!

I had my house painted and new gutters installed and everything came out amazingly. My wife and I absolutely love the finish product. The crews were incredibly professional and cleaned up after themselves.Our neighbors all loved it so much two of them also hired them to update their homes.Thank you Amir for always being available and for all the advice through out the project.

I was referred by two people to call this company. I have called twice to get someone to come out and give me a quote and no one has called me back. First time I left a message and no one called .. second time I called about a week later and the girl said that I was on the list but the guy wasn't coming into my area so she was gonna call him and get back to me thur text or phone. I have not received any call back.

Amir and his staff did a phenomenal job replacing all our rain gutters! They were fast, efficient and incredibly professional, and the work was done at a very reasonable price. Before Amir replaced our rain gutters, we'd always experience leaks and flooding when it rained. This winter we've had a tremendous amount of heavy and frequent rainfall and thanks to Amir, we haven't had any leaks or other issues. The gutters are high quality and aesthetically beautiful as well. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this company!

We had a major problem, water was leaking into our home from the foundation. We discovered the problem was being caused by downspouts emptying the rain into a flower bed directly next to our house. Reliable gutters came out the same day. The people that came were professional and created a temporary solution that resolved our issue immediately. We are so appreciative. We have hired them to take care of a permanent solution.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR GUTTERS. I remodeled a house in Venice and my general contractor hired Reliable Gutters to do the install. After living in the home for year I've had nothing but problems. Several seems have come apart and water drips onto my walkway. The company didn't level the gutters correctly so water and debris sits inside the gutter. When it rained in December a large section pulled away from the facia board attachment and I had to hire a handyman to re-secure it. I've spoke with Amir the owner of the company and my general contractor. The GC tried to get Amir to re-level and fix the gutters, but Amir just kept putting up obstacles claiming nothing was wrong and that he wanted to charge to fix it. Then on a followup group call, where we tried to explain the situation, Amir went crazy, and started screaming at us, and told us he'd charge us for a brand new installation before he fixes it. Amir has some serious anger issues, and I seriously suggest no one hires his company. There are many other gutter providers and Amir is just a mean nasty person who hides behind his so called charity work. Funny because he texted me all these pics of his charity yet wouldn't take care of a paying customer who is in need of help?!? Now i have to hire another company to fix all this mess. I'll be taking Amir and Reliable Gutters to small claims court to hopefully get a resolution and a refund. STAY AWAY FROM RELIABLE GUTTERS.
