Mike's air was top notch! They came so fast to our house and their technician Andrew was phenomenal. He was very thorough and fixed my parent's heater issue. Such a nice guy, and very knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend them!

I really appreciate Mike's Air for being so quick to respond. I was extremely satisfied with every interaction I had with them, including over the phone, by text, and the technician, Russel, they sent to my house for same-day service. He provided outstanding service, explained everything clearly, and charged a reasonable price. He completed the diagnostic and all the work surprisingly fast, and they credited the $85 diagnostic fee to the cost of the repair, which was reasonable. I felt that Russel was honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I called Mikes in a panic yesterday because my heater stopped heating and they fit me in that same afternoon. The technician was courteous, polite, dedicated and honest. He went into the attic to look at the problem, came down and explained it to me in very clear detail, taking time to answer every question I had. He felt awful that he was unable to repair the problem on the spot and literally refused to charge me for the visit. They don't make customer service like this anymore, and when they do, you can never let it go.
