John did a wonderful job. He came on time which is important to me. I am disabled and he made no noise except my dog who barked the entire time he was here. Please send him to me any time I need service!
Juan is tops. He alerted us to a crack in our system and a tiny leak of carbon monoxide, which we are very happy to catch before it became a problem.
Edmund Brown did a Herculean job with his partner in installing our new furnace. They had to carry upstairs and get through a crawl space, making it a difficult job. Everything is working well; they checked everything after installation of furnace and new thermostat which was explained to us on operation, etc.
Patrick Kenney did a super job with Quality Control. Fixed a problem with old furnace which should eliminate our questions about the new thermostat. If not, we may need to replace... read full review
Juan R. came out today and did a fantastic job. He analyzed and cleaned my system, which has an electric filter. He also observed that I had a small fan that was draining air into my attic on an ongoing basis, and that was probably worsening the air quality in my home. He recommended that I disconnect that, which he took the time to do. He answered all my questions clearly and knowledgeably.
