Dr. Shaden was amazing!! There is not a provider in my area, Reno, Nevada, that dissolves filler under ultrasound. I knew the vial of hylenex my injector put under my eyes only got a small portion of the under eye filler. Lumps persisted. I was very unhappy. Then after much research, I was elated to finally find someone who would truly help get rid of the unwanted filler under my eyes. Dr. Shaden was fabulous. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and compassionate about what she does. She made me feel comfortable, educated me throughout the process, and she continued to check on me. Dr. Shaden is truly so wonderful at helping people. I was terrified I would never find someone who I felt comfortable enough with to start dissolving my fillers. After doing a ton of research on dissolving, I traveled from Philadelphia to go see her and I am very happy that I did. I was having pain and swelling from my midface, cheek and tear trough fillers and she was extremely thorough in listening to my concerns and working through a solution with me. I have been going to Luminous for a couple years now and this review is long overdue! Other than being experts of their field, the team is so kind and welcoming. The services I have had here are underarm laser hair removal, microneedling, and a golden facial. My confidence has improved so much since getting underarm hair removed, there is so little hair and darkness now and the sessions are so quick with minimal pain, Dr. Shaden is the best! Honestly I was pretty scared to get microneedling done but I had gotten an injury on my face that wasn’t healing right and many people told me to give it a try.
