they stole my sneakers from my trunk. i was extremely hesitant to hand over my keys after reading all the terrible reviews on this establishment, but i knew they needed my keys to drive my car up. i checked the car to make sure there was no damage but didn’t think to check in my trunk thoroughly. as soon as i got home and opened my trunk to put my gym sneakers on, i notice they’re missing. they’re in my trunk everyday as i take them off and leave them in there when i arrive and leave the gym, today they were gone. clearly stolen from the establishment. i sent them an email to return my items as well as check their cameras before i have an attorney reach out. disgusting.
Car was towed after parking in a spot that’s never being used in the community for less than 30 min. Not sure why the idiot was emotionally involved but he started lecturing me about the spot costs $800 a month when I arrived! It’s $85 monthly to rent a spot and what I do is none of your concern. He’s actually lucky I was rushing to get back to my family or I would’ve called the police for feeling harassed. The main thing is the complex reimbursed me because there aren’t any no parking signs. Numbers on a spot do not mean anything if you’re not informed. So listen, your loud, incorrect speech, and unprofessionalism was useless and so was your time.
Jon’s Towing performed an improper tow from a commercial property. The authorization form they provided did not include the required business/property name, only a personal name, which violates California Vehicle Code §22658. When I requested more information, the staff member spoke aggressively and threatened to withhold my car until morning unless I paid immediately. This company lacks transparency, professionalism, and proper legal compliance.
