Wanna get in shape while learning to throw down? Yeah you do. So you might as well do it at the best MMA gym in the San Fernando Valley. Over the past 2 years, GTA has become like a second home to me and I've met so many other cool people there of all ages and backgrounds. The coaches are all insanely talented and will make a true fighter out of you - even if the only opponent you ever face is your own perception of yourself and what you can do. So push pause on that traditional gym membership. Cause ain't nobody got time to draw on their aerobics skills for confidence while walking down a dark alley.

My time at GTA has been nothing short of amazing! I've been training here for about two years, switching from striking initially to grappling. To say that I am satisfied with my choice would be an understatement, as I've learned so much working with all the coaches who have take the time out of their day to help and teach. I wish I started when I was younger because my time here has definitely influenced my day-to-day decision making, as well as my discipline. I look forward to training and learning with Coach Rob and Coach Kris for many years to come!

I really love this place. Been here over 8 years now and i think it's the best gym in the area. I train just Jiu-jitsu here and Professor Rob is a fantastic Jiu-jitsu blackbelt light weight who is an active competitor. We are often doing competitions and everyone is very welcome to join our comp team. I plan to train here for a long time.
