Margie was incredibly kind, transparent, and super helpful. She quickly fixed my wife’s bent metal glasses and had them looking great again. The entire experience was easy and professional, and we truly appreciated her honesty and excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be coming back for all of our future optical needs. Fantastic service and a wonderful selection. Especially great if you need same day service!!! Pilar is amazing! Not only did she patiently answer all my questions over the phone, she was even kinder in person. Gave me just the right amount of help and honestly turned a stressful situation into something joyful! Kudos to Pilar and her associate. I highly recommend.
More helpful info: there is plenty of parking, great lighting set up to see what your frames and lenses would look like indoor and outdoors. Helpful and knowledgeable caring staff. The coating on my glasses was starting to deteriorate but it was within 6 months of being made. IQ Optical was great and friendly about warranty coverage and remade my lenses within 2 days. I definitely will be using their services again.
