Chem-Dry went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with their work. The carpet was cleaned to perfection and all the furniture was put back in place with appropriate plastic shields under all.
Cesar and Thomas arrived within the timeframe given, gave me an estimate and worked with me on the price, told me approximately how long it would take and got to work. My carpets had some pet stains, a couple small blood stains, and had not been cleaned in at least two years so there were a lot of dirt marks and heavily trafficked areas.When they finish they asked me if I wanted to walk around and make sure everything was OK. We did the paperwork for payment, They moved a sofa and a table back and they were onto the next job. This is probably my third or fourth time of having Cesar here and I will definitely ask for him again.
