This is my go to place. I’m 64 years old and suffer from sciatica, frozen shoulder and arthritis. All of the masseuse are trained well and have been very consistent throughout the years regardless if they are new hire of have been working there for a long time. I normally go for 1 and 1/2 hours to suit my needs. The owners are very friendly and she sprays the face area with alcohol before we start which is good. I highly recommend this place it’s very reasonably priced and even when I travel to Thailand and the Philippines and get a massage there I still prefer Capital relaxation’s system and routine.

I remember one time I had been having a bad shoulder for like a year. I came here desperate. The guy did his best and at the end the pain still was here. Went all was hopeless he brand my shoulders and twisted them backward. And I felt the clicking relaxing. He fixed it !

I don’t know about you, but I like the kind of massage that gets all in there and works on those knots. those gentle Fūfu massages are a waste of time and money for me. Obviously, it’s luck of the draw, depends who you get, some are better than others of course, but I found a great masseuse here, David, strong hands, I always ask for him by name, then I know I am going to have a great session! And the value, $40 for a 60 minute full body massage I mean wow!!
