BTP was fantastic from start to finish. Shay was my estimator/ project manager. From the start Shay was professional, concise and listened to my needs and wants. Shay was extremely cost competitive and was the only contractor who offered and recommended going with me to a show room to help furnish materials for bathroom remodel. I knew nothing about a bathroom remodel so having Shay offer this and go with me was extremely beneficial. Extremely happy with the service provided by Shay + BTP. Built to Perfection made my family’s home remodel literally a dream come true. The entire team was not only professional and courteous, but just awesome people to work with. From the beginning, they treated us like we were top priority. Their designer listened, offered suggestions and ultimately created a custom kitchen and primary bathroom suite that rivals those coveted within million dollar homes. The execution of the design was pristine, leaving a finished product that looks exactly like the approved renderings. Our ADU build atop our detached garage exceeded our expectations, and we’ve been getting compliments from around the neighborhood since it’s been finished about the look and quality of it. Shay and Daniel managed the project well and kept us informed and on budget.
