West Valley has been at Casa Di Amigos mobile park for nearly 3 years. They block off streets without notice, give no consideration to residents, sit and eat lunch in people's driveways. pave the same streets 5 times, and have never picked up their junk in our park which hoards 60 guest parking spots. They are a nightmare and unprofessional.

This company was hired by PG&E over 2years ago to put a new slab of concrete on my driveway in place of the one (out of 4) that PG&E had ruined in order to fix a gas leak, and this company did a horrible job of it! I repeatedly asked Jonathan M to be sure that not only the new slab matches the other 3 old ones in color, but to be sure it is deep enough not to crack easily, just like my old ones that had lasted 30+ years without a single crack. But not only the color of the new slab was far from my other existing ones, but it is only getting lighter and lighter with time, and it already has a crack right across it. I noticed the color difference right away but Jonathan and their other rude supervisor/foreman assured me that with time the new slab's color will get darker, matching the old ones and what a lie that has been?! I wrote an email to Jonathan and asked that they come back and fix it, but obviously never heard back. I left a complaint with PG&E to share my experience but they never returned my call either. I will try PG&E again as it is unacceptable for PG&E to ruin people's houses without taking any responsibility for it!

This company is cunducting a massive gas line project in the community I live in. They were working on my Street and accidentally damage part of my driveway. I was bummed out when I got home from work and saw the damage. The next day I went and talked to the inspector, JD and showed him the damage, he said he was going to talk to the foreman, who came to my house. His name is Juan, he ensured me he would get this resolved and taken care of the situation by the end of the day. A gentleman by the name of Jorge was at my driveway making repairs within a couple of hours, he did an amazing job at restoring my driveway to looking like new again, my gratitude to this company for taking care of the situation, in an extremely fast and professional manner.
