Scuba Pool Repair

Have tried to reach them multiple times. No response. Even went by their place of business and was told they were starting up again 1 March and would contact us. No contact and no response from our calls. Saddened because they did a great repair for us pre-pandemic.

Last year, our pool developed a significant crack (over 7 feet long) in the bottom and all of the water drained out. We had several companies out to look at the problem and we called many more. No one was willing to take it on until one of them suggested Scuba Pool Repair. They came out after sending photos of the problem and repaired the crack. It took a few days due to encountering ground water below the pool which they had to keep pumped out. They even attempted to match the pebble-tec finish which I appreciated. They were very professional and hardworking. Most importantly, the pool is holding water without any leaks and it has been almost a year since they did the repair.

This company is terrible and to prove my point their employees are quitting. They don’t know how to schedule, their management is rude and their repair services are lackluster at best. If you want a rude, unorganized service that will be a huge waste of time then you have to waste more time looking for another service try this company.
