This salon is a true hidden gem! I will definitely be back and would recommend it to my friends and family. I recently moved from SF to Mountain View and the service I received was frankly even better than many of the other high end salons I've visited. I received a full set of highlights from Brianna and she did an amazing job! It looked super natural and I exactly like the pictures I brought in. I'm not sure how she managed to work her magic and make my hair ashy brown like I've always wanted, but I am super impressed! I would definitely recommend her and the salon. I had an incredible experience with Anna doing my wedding makeup!
We had a makeup consultation day a couple months prior to the actual event, and Anna was so professional, and listened to all my requests!
The makeup she performed lasted the entire wedding day, and tons of people were commenting on it and asking who did it!
I highly recommend this salon, it is clean and welcoming. Anna is a superstar!
Tiffany has been doing my hair for over 8 years!! She is seriously the BEST!! She really knows her stuff! My son and daughter (13 & 9) have also been to the salon and now they won't trust anyone else to do their hair. It's a family affair!! Everyone at Roots & Rouge Salon is so welcoming! They always offer drinks and snacks, which my kids can't resist. We always look forward to seeing Tiffany!!
