I was referred to this termite company by a local realtor here in Fremont, Tim Wang. I needed a termite inspection due to visible evidence of some kind of infestation around a window in our South facing bedroom and had a side door to the garage (original, 45+ years old and cheap quality) that was in dire need of replacement. I was hoping that I did not need the house tented because we have 5 rescued cats that would be a big hassle to temporarily relocate. Herbert came out and did a thorough inspection. Herbert was somewhat hard to find on phone - probably quite busy with the home buying season. But he and his team did a great job once we got on their calendar. They were on time and very professional. Herbert even took time to explain various kinds of termites and other pests and how to keep them out. Very satisfied with their work.
