Worked out here for a couple of years, pretty much since they opened. Very friendly, professional, warm & caring team. They push you hard but also meet you where you are and don’t judge. They make you laugh most of the time and cry once in a while when it’s time to go up in weight. I am 15 lbs down and my body composition is totally restored since my post Covid slump. Very grateful and kind of reluctant to leave them a positive review. I don’t want them to be too busy for me :-)
The gym is light, open and airy with plenty of high quality equipment. The staff is professional, experienced and very friendly. Workouts are suited to each person's ability. Highly recommended!
Jordan, Cal, Hannah and crew are all so amazing! They brought me through my recovery after 2 complete knee replacements with accuracy and judgement in the therapy needed. They willingly communicate with other caregivers. I am confident in my training every day going forward and looking to be a better version of me! I love the camaraderie of the staff and how they all greet me warmly every visit. Thank you Paragon!
