Anna listened carefully so she understood my lymphodeama issue:) She then explained her approach and was knowledgable, efficient and caring. She is a very good practitioner! Thank you, Anna.
Where do you start with Anna? She truly has a passion for what she does, and cares about helping people heal. She does not have a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment, but takes ample time to listen to your concerns, and then also “listens” to your body (with her hands) before determining the best route forward—she takes lots of care to plan the best treatment. She does not have a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment, but takes ample time to listen to your concerns, and then also "listens" to your body (with her hands) before determining the best route forward--she takes lots of care to plan the best treatment. I started seeing her for lymphatic drainage massage at the beginning of my second trimester of pregnancy with my second child because I had retained so much water with my first child, and it was uncomfortable. I definitely had a much better experience during this pregnancy "puffiness"-wise versus my first. In fact, I'm still going to her post-pregnancy because I'm still retaining so much water in certain areas and need the extra help. I also want to mention she values continuing her education and training, so attends different workshops to learn the latest and greatest. She also holds a higher profile position as a member of the board for a massage council, and plans events for those in her field to gather and learn. Overall, she's a huge asset to those who need her! I highly recommend her!
