I've never been to a Massage Envy location. I stopped by the night before and booked the appointment. The massage was okay. Not worth what I was charged. They tried upselling me to a monthly package. However, after having a negative experience the monthly idea didn't appeal to me. I will not visit another location.

This was my first visit to the Campbell location and also my first facial. Emilynn is very nice and comforting throughout the session. She's knowledgeable and gentle. The front desk staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to. I was impressed!
