Hello, and good day, everyone I just wanted to come on here to let you know that I left my old Hair Salon. Because I wasn't happy with them anymore they ruined my hair! I'm very picky, and very particular about my hair, so I had to look for another Hair Salon to take better care of my hair so I found madison reed in the prunyard I went there for the first time, and I am super duper Happy I love all the employees they're very friendly and they listened to you

I had a great first experience at Madison Reed, Campbell location. It was my first ever time at any Madison Reed for that matter. Upon walking in, I was greeted and I checked in quickly. I sat down and Johana (sorry for the name misspelling) was my colorist. She did a great job at recommending my balayage color and root color. She was also really friendly and attentive to what I needed as she offered me water and checked on my hair during the time I was waiting to get my hair washed. I moved to the Santa Cruz area from Texas and the closest Madison Reed to me is in Campbell. I have been coming here now and everyone here is great. The Manager Brianna is amazing. I had accidentally made an appointment to the Fort Worth location and didn’t realize it until I got to the store in Campbell and found out I didn’t have an appointment she was so accommodating and got me in. I was going out of town the next morning and really needed that appointment. She saved me. Thank you so much Briana.
