No, no, no. Zero stars. Bob came to my house just to Collect his check. Didn't help one bit. Didn't bother to try to figure out the issue with my pool. Didn't even have any tools on him. Walked in, walked out. Lied about the coverage. 100% scam. Wish I read the reviews. Will be reporting to BBB.

Assigned by Home Warranty. Bob showed up. Said he needed parts. Came back a day later. Said the parts did not fix the pool heater. That was the end of Bob in June. Now September and I am still calling and calling Home Warranty once a week. For weeks they waited for this company to respond to phones or email. No response. Then the escalation. It goes on and on. I see many with the same experience here. If your warranty service suggests this company refuse and ask for another. Bob was so nice and seemed knowledgeable, but.. Where's Bob?

**DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR SERVICES! LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE.** 0 stars and am reporting to BBB. I've had to keep a timeline of events for the lack of communication and to bring attention to the SCAMMERS that they are! My husband and I were only using them because of our home warranty company. Mind you that this whole process started on JUN 25, 2021 and our pool has not been fixed even though the technician, BOB, WAS PAID the assessment fee. My husband took care of Bob's visit, told him our issue, and was informed that a manifold needed to be ordered.
