I have been going to Joe for cuts and coloring for years and he is absolutely amazing! His attention to detail and his eye for what looks the best is perfect. Joe is a top notch highly trained and schooled colorist and hair stylist. The vibe in Joe's shop is mellow, friendly and attentive as he focuses solely on the chair he's working on. I highly recommend Joe Borras- On Location!

I've been searching for a new Hairstylist for a while as my old one left the area and got Joe as a two thumbs up referral from a friend. Joe is amazing. I got the best haircut and color with highlights anyone has ever done. Joe knew exactly how to layer my thin hair to give me nice volume. His color and highlights looked as if it was my natural color. I couldn't be more pleased. I am glad that I have found him. he does work at a location that looks like the Steel Magnolia Hairsalon (old :-), but I only care about his skills, which are tremendous. including his background and career he had at Paul Mitchell and Aveda.
