I was recommended JM Construction through my insurance company after my dishwasher leaked, causing water damage in my kitchen. Every crew they sent was great, they were all polite and professional. Any issues were corrected right away. The end results look great, and I would definitely call them again.
Excellent experience! Interior of house was destroyed in a plumbing flood. I tracked down a few bids and insurance company recommended JM. In addition to having the median bid (I'm not a fan of always taking the low bid) JM would be paid through an intermediary with the insurance co. So I wouldn't have to pay them. I wouldn't have to renegotiate if costs ran high. Sounded like a good deal - and I really liked how professional Mark was. JM Construction was referred by State Farm following a fire to our home. The home has been completed and they did an excellent job. Rebuilding after a fire is stressful and complicated. They helped us navigate coordinating with our insurance company while ensuring our expectations were met. Rodrigo is an excellent project manager. His communication was great and he worked with us to make sure our needs were fulfilled.
