    I am an existing patient.

    I wanted to share my recent experience when attempting to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke with was quite rude. When I asked about availability, I was told the first opening was four months out. While I understand busy schedules, the way it was communicated felt dismissive, as if personal bias played a role.

    I wanted to bring this to your attention, as patient experience starts with the first interaction. I appreciate your time and hope this feedback is helpful.

    My rating is due to making an appointment only to arrive and the front desk said my appointment is not in their system. However I received confirmation texts confirming my appointment and reminders leading into the appointment. When they also took my insurance again, to see if they could squeeze me in. I was informed that they don't accept my insurance. Which I provided over the phone when I made the appointment. The office seems like it is stuck in the 1980's, front desk is working on an old computer system. Save your time and energy and find a different dentist office.

    Had a tricky extraction last week by Tom Hughes..I was driven in our worst storm yet by my grandson and husband from Santa Cruz... they were treated wonderfully as they waited and so was I as I paid the bill ... Many thanks to Tom Hughes and his staff..Charlotte Gaidos..the bill..
