Nick at Heartwood is amazing to work with.We had a very difficult bathroom remodel, with several audacious design elements thrown in that we knew would make the construction difficult and require extra attention to detail.Nick and his team have been nothing short of phenomenal throughout. Several sourcing delays (COVID!) were handled as quick as possible, and the end result is exactly how we envisioned the space. Heartwood Residential just completed a full bathroom remodel for us, along with some additional projects including replacing some windows with a second sliding door into our back yard. From our first interactions to the final closeout meeting, Nick and his team at Heartwood Residential embodied professionalism. We were very impressed with the time and attention to detail Nick took during his initial walkthrough prior to generating a quote. Heartwood Residential is truly a professional construction company! As a landscape architect, I see a lot of contractors’ work, both good and not so. After putting our project out to competitive bid, we hired Heartwood to gut and completely reconfigure our 1980s kitchen. The work involved removing two structural walls and replacing a 30’ ridge beam. From demo to finish work, Nick and his team were very easy to work with, well organized, and communicative throughout. Five stars for service AND five stars for quality. Can’t beat that!
