I had to abandon my usual eyebrow lady this time and decided to try this spot. She shaped my brows to match my reference photo to a T. And she was very kind! Only areas for improvement would be: - long wait time--another customer and I were waiting without being attended to for over 10 minutes - the thread nicked my skin and left a pretty noticeable cut

Hidden gem! I was walking in downtown Campbell and saw a small eyebrow threading sign and decided to try it out. I did not get the lady's name but the service was great. I normally wax because I find threading very painful but she did it painlessly. I was amazed. She clarified with me before we started on if I want shaping or just clean up. She also let me view the first brow when she was done to make sure I don't want any changes. Finally, she asked before she put the cooling gel on my face. Overall amazing service and quality.
