I've used Wade and his team for years on small projects with my company. Finally I had to use him for my own house to correct a plumbing line with a monumental amount of tree roots. His team worked hard, and long days, to get things completed. He did a wonderful job and I liked all of his employees.Keith, Danny, and the rest of the boys were wonderful people and I was comfortable with them all at my house with my family.
We've lived in our 84-year-old home for nearly 15 years and used one plumbing company the entire time. Recently, that company left the state, so we looked for a new plumbing company. We tried Eldridge & Sons and wish we'd found them sooner! They are professional, responsive, considerate, and did excellent work! Five stars!
Our utility sink in the garage was draining slowly - it took 20 minutes to drain 1 inch of water. The laundry machine outflows into this utility sink, so I couldn't do laundry. Important but not urgent.I texted the situation to a few nearby vendors in the evening, and Eldridge & sons was the only one to respond on the morning. Even better, they amazingly had availability that day since it's between Xmas and New Years.Dave was prepared with the roto rooter machine which scraped the inside of the drain and the cable went in 60 ft. He replaced the slip nut and washer connecting to the galvanized pipe. Good thing it achieved the same results and didn't need to try to open the cast iron clean out right underneath it.Interesting to know they also service a local grocery chain in the Bay Area, and also a fast food chain!Definitely will call them first next time I need plumbing service!
