We had your home constructed by Degan Construction and it was well built, on time, and on budget. Had a lot of surprises from the city at different stages and they were able to navigate all of them Innovatively. They were on top of all scheduling and Giving me weeks of notice for finish material. Extremely impressed by their time management and strongly recommend them.

Degan Construction is building my Custom home in Los Gatos and its been a pleasure working with them. The house is 4000sf and the Guest House is an additional 1200sf. While this is an extremely complicated project, Its been a pleasure to work with this company and to have them build my dream home. They have been exceptional in Quality of work, scheduling and being very conscious of my budget for the project. The house is almost finished and I am looking so forward in moving in.
