Angel came on Monday morning, identified the issue (loose faucet) and was able to fix the leak in about an hour and a half. He clearly explained to me what was wrong and how to avoid future issues. He was friendly and courteous. Good experience.
Edit: Removing one star because of mess left in an unaffected area. The issue was in the kitchen but I discovered water on the bathroom floor, my plants, which were in the shower, damaged, and the inside of my toilet... became dirty. I normally wouldn't care as much to leave a review but he asked me multiple times to leave him a review before he even finished the service.

I had low hot water pressure in my kitchen faucet. Angel came out on time, introduced himself at the door and why he was there. I really appreciated that since I was letting someone in my home. Angel listened when I showed him my problem and got right on it. He was neat, efficient and had the problem fixed and provided details on what had happened. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to all of you!
