Payman made on-site recommendations to make the house more comfortable for them to navigate as they get older. They were also very patient with them when they took extra time to make decisions or work with vendors they weren't familiar with. When there were hold ups with the city, Payman used all of his contacts to speed things up for them. When the original appliance vendor their architect recommended had unexpected delays, he managed to source the same appliances much sooner and in time for their inspection. They were very stressed being away from home and having so many decisions to make, but it was worth it. They couldn't have asked for kinder or more professional people to work with! They remodeled three bathrooms and updated their garage, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The scope of work included full wall and floor tiling, new showers, smart toilets, vanities, lighting installations, and garage storage upgrades. Every detail was executed with precision and care. Payman runs a well-organized and professional crew. They showed up on time every day, maintained a clean and tidy worksite, and delivered high-quality craftsmanship throughout the project. The entire job was completed ahead of schedule and to perfection, in both finish and function. One of the things they appreciated most was Payman’s proactive communication. He held weekly meetings to walk them through progress, next steps, and what he needed from them to keep things moving efficiently. His attention to detail and ability to manage the project flawlessly made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. They are absolutely thrilled with the results and grateful for the experience. Payman and his entire crew (Dario, Gino, Sina and others) at Bay Area design and construction did an amazing job in making their dream home a reality. They are very professional and far exceeded their expectations in all aspects of the project - architecture, planning, pricing, scheduling, response time and most importantly - quality of work. They have got a lot of experience in handling multiple projects successfully at the same time. They met up every week to walk through the tasks done prior week and what is planned for the next few weeks. It helped streamline the process and gave them enough time to focus on the things they needed to order immediately vs later. They completed the project exactly on the target date and they got their permit approved with minimal/no changes which was a pleasant surprise. They would highly recommend them to folks for any renovation work or adding new square feet to their home.
