installation could be better cuz I have had a massive leak all around the AC PLATFORM THEY INSTALLED AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS ON MY OWN AND THEY DONT GUARANTEE THERE WORK!!!!!!! I Had To Get Service Contract with another company 4 months After a Brand New installation THEY Did!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Have been a customer of American HVAC since 2015 with only Exceptional service. Just had Rudy come out and explain what was going on with my system. He was Phenomenal! From showing up at the beginning of the time window, being friendly and professional I knew Rudy was top notch. He explained in detail the mechanics of what was going on in a way that was understandable and insightful. He also mapped out what preventive maintenance is necessary. I felt like I could not only trust Rudy but I had a technician on my side. I highly recommend American HVAC and Rudy!
