Great installation work done for new Carrier Performance Heat Pump unit. Project finished earlier than expected even though it involved removing older AC and Gas Furnace from the attic and installing new HP. Also, Mark from A&P suggested some minor modifications to the ductwork that significantly reduced the air intake noise. None of the other vendors suggested this. This shows attention to details.
My AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air. So, I requested a quote for AC repair in the morning. I was able to get someone to come to do the diagnostic in the afternoon. Sergei came and found the cap on the freon chamber was loose. I can’t believe how much freon costs these days. But it needed to be replenished in order for my AC to blow cold air. Sergei charged it up and got my unit working well again.

They installed my first system about 13 years ago, and I was very pleased with their work, how they compete with other local businesses by providing answers to most questions customers may have, and the level of attention you receive after you install your system.
