Had to stop for gas at Cameron Park on my way down the hill, saw a massage store sign so my sciatic nerve was telling me to stop in for some relief and I did.
The store is older however it looked clean enough. Paid the nice lady $60 for an hour and she lead me to a room. Got myself ready and she came back in and asked how hard I wanted the massage and I told her medium hard, asking her to focus on my back and gluts.
My masseuse was Layla and I had that ear worm for the rest of the massage! :) Layla did some back walking which felt really good on my shoulder afterwards she did her magic on the rest of my backside and she made sure... read full review

Excellent place for a massage! The shop just re-opened in April with new ownership with a wonderful person named Kadia. Competitive prices and nice way to help eliminate soreness & relieve stress. Give Body & Foot massage a visit, you won't regret it. Nice music too :)
