Horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed. They dropped me as a patient without any sort of warning. No call, no text, no email. I have been a patient with them my whole life and for them to be this unaccommodating is infuriating. I have been fortunate to not have to see the doctor in the past few years. I should not be punished because of this.
** if I could make it 0 I would. I am still having issues being accepting after working with a patient advocate who approved me for this doctor. I have email proof. What am I paying for insurance for?

Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. The intake nurse Becky needs to retire because shes "tired" after her 30+ years. She treats people terribly. When you hear the commercials about the care Mercy gives its patients, it's actually the opposite. Its a strong "lack" of caring. What is happening to our society if you're not comfortable at your Doctors office ? I wanna cry.
