1) The "Medical" part of this business should take the word "community" out of their name, because there is a big sector of the community that they won't serve because of "policies" that are not clearly stated on their website nor on the new patient forms. Waited a month and a half to get the earliest available appointment that resulted in them cancelling it a day before the scheduled appointment date.
2) When you call them, no one answers the phone. You have to go in there in person to actually get someone to talk to.
3) Their website information is out of date.
I've been going here for years, and although the phone system can become a bit tedious, I'd still recommend! Absolutely Love Christine; she's always so professional, kind and efficient:)
I have a TBI(traumatic brain injury) and the receptionist gave me the wrong person's paperwork to fill out, so I canceled my emergency appointment. VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me
