1) The "Medical" part of this business should take the word "community" out of their name, because there is a big sector of the community that they won't serve because of "policies" that are not clearly stated on their website nor on the new patient forms. Waited a month and a half to get the earliest available appointment that resulted in them cancelling it a day before the scheduled appointment date. 2) When you call them, no one answers the phone. You have to go in there in person to actually get someone to talk to. 3) Their website information is out of date.

I've been going here for years, and although the phone system can become a bit tedious, I'd still recommend! Absolutely Love Christine; she's always so professional, kind and efficient:)

I have a TBI(traumatic brain injury) and the receptionist gave me the wrong person's paperwork to fill out, so I canceled my emergency appointment. VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me

I so far like the new doctors and the new set up they have But the supervisor for the answering service is terrible and should not be in charge her deliverance is nasty and just like a narcissistic she likes to turn it around on you

Merry Christmas Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart its been months that I was feeling very un well.. with multitude of forks in the road of my health! I have always appreciated El dorado community health... but now ALL THE MORE! Not only did Dr Le cradle my health concerns, he involved Dr. Cotton as well. Between the both of them a few of the issues have been diagnosed correctly and even some symptoms relieved. It takes a special person to become a GOOD Physician. Listen to your patient Research and refer if needed in order to mend them. Than you! Dr.Le, Hai duy and Dr. Cotton, Erin and your office staff & Janelle Great experienced Doctors! Who know their business and with a dignified manner.

Great dentist office! I am so nervous to go to the dentist. These guys (gals) are so good at what they do. I had 2 fillings done today. I have absolutely no pain or discomfort. Eases my mind about getting dental work done.

Most of the time, they don't even answer their phone and you have to leave a message. Doctors here don't want to " see" you. They want to schedule a phone or zoom call and then they refuse to subscribe medication. They get their money and you don't get help or relief.

This place is a joke their is a issue with the commutation. The one physician I know doesn't listen ask for certain things to be order and she won't do it. When confronted she does the run around. Most definitely need to get a better physician especially if I am paying for it and have insurance. Would give a negative star of 10 but had give them a one star to place my comments.!
