I have ordered beneficial predators from this company three times now. Once, some insects arrived dead. Another time, they forgot to include release boxes I ordered, which I needed for a time-sensitive release of some insects. In both instances, customer service followed up to send me replacements, but those oversights caused inconvenience with beneficial insect release timing on my end.

While this company offers good products at a competitive price, I would not recommend if your application is time-sensitive.
