The New Beginnings Center: Somatic Mental Health Care

The new beginning center has been a huge part of my life since 2021 the therapists are amazing. They have wonderful outpatient program and groups. They have really helped me a lot over the past three years and have been a huge part of my life I highly recommend New Beginnings for outpatient services and programs. They are wonderful. !

I would encourage anyone to give the services offered from the New Beginnings Center a try! I am really glad that I was open-minded enough to give the New Beginnings IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) a try, although I was very skeptical and resistant at first. In hindsight, now I realize that the resistance came from a place of fear and shame. I was in a very dark place and I did not believe I could make it out. I had a very limited range of resilience, and I was fluctuating between extreme states of depression and anxiety. By the excellent work of Dr. Umar I was able to overcome a very difficult situation that I was going through in my life. Thanks to my therapies with her, today I am more confident in my decisions. She is very caring and I strongly recommend her services to anyone who might need them.
