I have had chronic pain, neck & shoulder stiffness, and numbness in my hands for more than 2 years due to cervical degenerative disc disease. A couple months ago it got even worse when I couldn't sleep because of numbness in my hands. Pain killer pills, Salonpas, Biofreeze gel, physical therapy, and cracking/popping my neck didn't help much. Then Dr. Tao basically saved my life when I saw him on 3/13/23 for the first time. I've been to several chiropractors, they do the typical crack in place, which is temporary. I would have headaches every day. Dr Tao changed my quality of life...it was a long term fix. I know longer live in Camarillo but I wish I could see him. He makes it so you don't have to go back and see him cause he actually fixes you!

Dr Tao is the best chiropractor I've ever been too! He is he gentle and really takes his time with his patients. He helped me with my plantar fasciitis by using a laser and has also helped me with back pain and realignment. I highly recommend him! His office staff is great too!
