We own a condo in Port Hueneme. When returning from a vacation, we came home to a kitchen/bathroom flooded with grey/black water that had overflowed the kitchen and bathroom sinks due to an issue in the common line. Our insurance company told us they called Servpro to come out to help us. Within a very short time we received a call from Jason, who was already on this way to our condo. He brought a small crew, extraction machines, and evaluated the water damage fully. Jason is knowledgeable, calm, and answered all our questions! We are so blessed and fortunate that he was the one assigned to effectively work with us and communicate efficiently with our insurance adjuster. We're still working to resolve the issues that brought this disaster, and moving forward to restore our condo thanks to Jason, his team, and Servpro working with us.
