I want to take a moment to recognize Joab Martinez for his exceptional service during times of sorrow. Joab was compassionate, respectful, and caring. He really went above and beyond by taking care of every aspect putting our family first at all times. We had an unfortunate experience with the cemetery, as the cemetery was rushing our service and Joab handled the situation very well. I cannot thank him enough for that. Our family worked along side with Joeaba. He went above and beyond for my dad’s services. He knew what he was doing, talking about, etc. He was attention to detail about everything and kept us on schedule throughout the whole two days of the services. The livestream experience of my aunt’s funeral was technologically sound. I was able to see and hear everything clearly. Very thankful that I was able to be a part of the event, albeit via livestream.

My experience at Perez Family Funeral Home was exceptional. Every person I encountered there was compassionate, competent, and professional. Renee (the Family Counselor) was outstanding. She went out of her way (above and beyond) to fulfill my family's needs. Everyone at this organization goes out of their way to make what is always an incredibly difficult situation more bearable for the family. More that that you could not ask. Highly recommend.

The staff at Perez Family Funeral Home (Camarillo) were everything I could have wanted during a difficult time. Renee was great. Every other staff person I came in contact with was also very considerate, compassionate, and respectful. Very competent service. Highly recommend.

I would like to take the time to thank Robert and his wonderful team for serving my mother in a dignified way. Robert even gave me his cell phone and let me bother him all hours of the day while dealing with my family's many changes. Unfortunately, prior to using this funeral home, I have had to use others in the past and I can assure you they did not give me the personal touch Robert gave. He made me feel like I was the only family he was serving and I know he must have had many others as the pandemic was at its worse the first few months of the year. The pandemic has been difficult for everyone. One of the staff members at Perez mentioned she had never seen so many losses as she saw this year. Our family was patient and understood that the team was experiencing daily guidelines and procedures but we totally understood and appreciated their guidance. We are very pleased with the overall services Robert provided and we would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. I was even still able to reach out to him after the services. I apologize for texting you Robert asking about Social Security, Apostle questions and aftercare guidance. I truly feel like family and will never forget them. You will not find a better, caring group of people anywhere else. I wish I could give 10 stars.

We had suddenly lost my mother recently and me being the oldest I was lost on this entire process. Micheal really helped me and my family through it all and we were able to accomplish a beautiful ceremony and have a beautiful urn for our mother I appreciated all their help I would definitely send anyone their way for any circumstances like this !
