Great service, they thought they were going to have to patch up the roof but after further inspection they didn't need too and lowered the bill. I appreciated the honesty, I will use them going forward!
I highly recommend Orkin and our guy Frank! We have regular service for years and have had no issues with pests. We recently had an issue with a bad smell and he came out same day outside his regular service and determined we had a few small mice and one dead one. He set traps and the caught problem. Highly Recommend!
This is my first experience. The only negative was that I didn’t know me and my pets would have to leave the house for inside work. I understand this was an issue with their call center in Atlanta and don’t always notify CA customers on our laws. None the less Joel was professional and offered to come back anytime to do the inside if needed. As an owner of a service company I felt he was very thorough and I felt very comfortable with the service.Services: Spider extermination
