Came very quickly after we called. Frank was super friendly and helpful when he showed up. Gave us ton of great advice on how to get rid of mice and rats in the house. At the end, NO BILL! He said if we can’t handle it call him back to set up for service. They just gained a new customer for life:) super stoked on these guys!!

I have used Kastle Kare a number of times at the same property for gophers. The pesky little creatures seem to come back with a vengeance for my lawn every couple of years and Kastle Kare gets them under control fast every time. They also offer a 30 day warranty period if the critters pop up again after they do their service, which is pretty reassuring that they are confident in what they do.

Kastle Kare is the company we use for all our critter problems. I used 2 other different companies then I switched to Kastle Kare and have been very happy with Shane's service and the professional way he takes care of those creepy bugs. Shane always calls me before he comes over and is careful not to let my dog out. I have not had any problems since he started taking care of my house. Thank you.
