I really like to shop here for the many products, and because this is one of very few authentically Black owned shops in the area, of which I happily support. I usually find the products I am looking for, and the staff is kind and helpful.

SERVICE: Because this business is in Ventura county, they will earn my 5 stars. If located in Los Angels county, 3 stars. Why? Size/Inventory. Nonetheless, I want to make sure to offer my gratitude and appreciation for this business to exist. I hope we all continue to support them and I look forward to patronizing as much as I can. Upon entering I was greeted and the associated was very helpful with my search of hair items from oils, conditioner, shampoo, rollers, to braiding hair. She offered suggestions and gave me my space to browse. The shop also offers a point earning system (discounts) which adds an incentive to buy more which is cool. Very helpful and friendly. I have a hard time finding a particular hair product for my daughter’s hair. All the big chain retailers stopped stocking it. I went in one day and inquired if they had it. They didn’t have it but said if I was interested they would look into stocking it. I went in again and to my surprise they stocked it. I wasn’t expecting it since it was a quick mention in a past conversation. I’m very happy with their customer service.
