Mobile Kangaroo was able to fix a problem with my wife's new iPad in about 30 minutes. She had been on the phone with Apple support and an independent technology repair company for over 2 hours the day before. Mobile Kangaroo is awesome, I highly recommend them.
I’ve been going to Mobile Kangaroo for a few years now for all of my Apple products. They’ve repaired both of my MacBooks, my phone, my son’s phone, and my wife’s phone. They are always extremely accommodating and straightforward, giving honest options about what’s needed, what’s covered under warranty, and what isn’t. They always do their best to get you back up and running with minimal downtime.
I hate having to go there because it means something is broken — but the experience is always top-notch, which takes the pain away (mostly). Highly recommend them for Apple Certified repair services!
Johnny is an awesome employee, since the minute i walked he listened to my problem, i didnt have all the equipment with me, but he did everything in his power to problem solve and help me out. He explained the process, he explained what it would take to get it fixed, and didn't give up until we came up with a solution. When i picked my device up he explained very thoroughly how to pair my devices. Johnny is an awesome employee 100% recommend
