Joseph and team Kangaroo were terrific from A-Z. Helped us order the correct battery for mom’s iPhone, payment, kept me in the loop about status of the part and accommodated scheduling of our appt’ for replacing the battery. It took ~1 hr from arrival to checkout. Mom’s happy 🙌🏻
Johnny at Mobile Kangaroo was great! They repaired my screen quickly using original Apple/OEM parts, without the long wait at the Apple Store. I have AppleCare, so they billed Apple directly and I only paid my $29 deductible. Fast, efficient, and great customer service!
Impressed! The person who handled my phone repair went above and beyond… I feel like my iPhone is new again! I was pretty beaten up since my phone was lagging and I truly need it in shape since I’m a mobile notary; well, it’s just working so much better now. Definitely recommended! Update: found out his name is Johnny :)
