My barely one year old iPad tanked and the closest service business was mobile kangaroo in Camarillo. Just after I walked in a young man greeted me and confidently took my iPad and after one quick diagnostic test he said he knew what was wrong. The only downside was that he had to send it in to apple. He promised that they should have it back in a week. Sure enough I got a call in 6 days . Keeping in mind that my tablet is still under warranty they didn’t stand to make any money from me. That didn’t faze them at all they offered me excellent customer service!!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra that I use to run my business. I cracked my screen and walked in 15 minutes before closing. They didn't have the part I needed. Johnny went into action. He got on the phone and started calling other stores and even other company stores to get me help. The customer service was above and beyond!! He could have just said, "Sorry, can't help you". There was also another employee there (didn't get his name), and he was also very helpful offering advice on what to do next.
