Good service but I was surprised. I was charged $20 to apply a phone screen on my iPhone which I brought with me because they didn’t have one for my phone.
I have Apple insurance and I wasn’t charged a few years ago when I brought my phone and for the same service. If Mobile Kangaroo is an authorized Apple dealer wouldn’t this be a free service under the warranty?
Superb experience with Mobile Kangaroo. Very straight forward and thorough. They saved my computer with proper diagnostics and cleaned it completely. It is running faster and better and I saved from having to buy a new computer which is what all others had told me. They communicate well and focus on getting your computer in top shape. . They found a new LG screen monitor for me at Best Buy saving me 104.00 dollars. Affordable and exemplary. Highly recommended!!!
