Dr. Miller is the best and I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking help for their fur babies. My fur baby was recently diagnosed with pyometra which is a life threatening condition. She was diagnosed at an emergency care clinic in Ventura which quoted me 10,000 for an emergency surgery. I was devastated and unsure of what to do, I called my sister who recommended Dr. Millers office. I called and Michelle the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I have trusted Dr. Miller with my fur babies for many years and wouldn’t consider taking my dogs to anyone else. Recently, my sister’s dog, Kona, was diagnosed with pyometra—a life-threatening condition—at a vet clinic in Ventura. They recommended emergency surgery and quoted her $10,000, leaving her devastated and unsure how she could afford it.
When she called me for advice, I immediately recommended Dr. Miller. Understanding the urgency of Kona’s condition, he prioritized her emergency surgery despite his busy schedule. Not only did he act quickly, but his fee was also about a quarter of what the other clinic charged.

We moved to Mission Oaks Vet from another local clinic based on a family member's recommendation and have never looked back. Dr. Miller has been taking excellent care of our dog for years, and more recently, Dr. Spadaro has been a wonderful addition to the team -- she really treats my dog like she's family. From the doctors to the staff, we are so fortunate to have had their support through various illnesses, surgeries, and chronic medical conditions. I affectionately refer to our dog as our firstborn, and we will always make sure she receives the best possible care!
