“Superior operation for certain. I've been "stretched" at both Ventura and Camarillo locations and all I can say is GREAT SUPERIOR OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT. At 75, I needed to get back into "fighting shape" -- knowing that you either use it or lose it. While I played every sport when young, I've spent way too many hours at a desk...and, yep, that flexibility and strength ebb away one day at a time. The staff and Flexologists at both locations are superb...very helpful...totally professional and anxious to serve your unique needs. Highly trained, they figure out how to make maximum use of your time on the bench. I'm seeing great progress after only 6-sessions. I started seeing her 3 weeks post surgery still dealing with a ton of swelling and inflammation and I noticed a huge improvement literally immediately after my first treatment. I was really sick of male chiropractors as I felt they were always too rough with me, and had a hard time finding a female until I received a reco for Dr. Shahira. She really listens and makes you comfortable and has helped me kick some chronic sciatica pain after only a few sessions. Seriously, pain I've had for years, gone after a few sessions. She always teaches me new stretches to try at home in order to help relieve my aches and pains. Once I started seeing Madeleine, I've never been happy seeing anyone else for massage since. “I'm recovering from upper back spinal fusion surgery. I've been seeing Heather for the past few months and she is amazing! I love that she uses a variety of techniques and approaches to work on areas that need attention - not just my back. She also has great suggestions for things I can do at home to stimulate healing and work on tight areas. My upper back still hurts from my following a strong PT program and being very active, but after I leave Heather, it feels so relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend her if you're aching and I'm sure she gives an amazing pure relaxation massage, too!“
